Current Opportunities
Front of House Team Member
Full-time and part-time positions available. We are looking for warm, capable, food-passionate people to join our FoH team. Experience in a busy restaurant or café environment preferred. Knowledge of raw food and superfoods a bonus but not essential — we train enthusiastically.
Skills we're looking for: Genuine warmth and communication skills, ability to work at pace without losing composure, passion for the values behind inSpiral.
Kitchen Assistant
Full-time position. Learn what a fast-paced, innovative raw and vegan kitchen environment is really like. Working alongside our head chef Luiz, you will be involved in the preparation of all dishes from scratch each morning. An extraordinary learning environment.
Volunteer Opportunities
We offer volunteer placements across all areas of the business — kitchen, front of house, events, marketing and administration. Volunteers receive meals and a genuinely enriching work experience. We ask for a minimum commitment of two days per week for a minimum of one month.
