Dominik Schnell
Founder & Director
Dominik founded inSpiral in 2007 after years in the festival world with IDSpiral. His vision for a permanent conscious food and culture space in London became the blueprint for the Lounge.
Annabella Willink
Co-Director
Annabella joined inSpiral as co-director in 2010, bringing operational expertise and a shared passion for conscious business.
Luiz
Head Chef
The creative genius behind many of our most celebrated dishes, including the legendary Raw Lasagne. Luiz brings artistry, precision and passion to everything that comes out of our kitchen.
Tobias
Resident DJ & Bar Manager
Tobias has been part of the inSpiral family since the beginning. His Reggae Rockers nights are among the Lounge's most beloved regular events.
Beyond these faces, inSpiral is kept alive by a dedicated team of kitchen staff, front-of-house crew, event coordinators, and the many volunteers who contribute their time and energy to our mission. We are grateful to every single one of them.
