Truffles & Chocolates
Our raw artisan chocolates and truffles are handmade in our kitchen using the finest quality raw cacao, cacao butter and natural sweeteners. They contain no refined sugar, no dairy, no soy lecithin and no artificial anything. Just pure chocolate in its most nourishing, joyful form.
Raw chocolate is chocolate as it was meant to be — before industrialisation stripped away most of its nutritional value. Raw cacao is one of the most antioxidant-rich foods on Earth, containing magnesium, iron, chromium and naturally occurring bliss chemicals including anandamide and phenylethylamine (the "love chemical").
Our Truffle Range
Our truffles are made in rotating flavours. Current selection includes:
- Salted Caramel — Raw cacao, coconut sugar, Himalayan salt, tahini
- Raspberry Rose — Raw cacao, freeze-dried raspberry, rose water, agave
- Mint Choc Chip — Raw cacao, peppermint essential oil, cacao nibs
- Espresso — Raw cacao, cold-brew coffee concentrate, maca, dates
- Lucuma Vanilla — Raw cacao butter, lucuma, vanilla bean, coconut oil
- Orange Cardamom — Raw cacao, cold-pressed orange oil, cardamom, agave
Chocolate Bars
We also produce a range of raw chocolate bars — available at the counter and in our online shop. Made in small batches, these bars are tempered by hand and set at room temperature. Each bar contains a minimum of 70% raw cacao.
