Social Sundays

Social Sundays is our beloved weekly gathering — every Sunday afternoon at inSpiral Lounge. A relaxed, inclusive, community-centred afternoon of acoustic music, conversation, delicious food and good company.

Free entry. All welcome. Kick off from around 4pm, running until the evening. Come as you are, bring friends, bring family. Performers play acoustic sets in the round — anything from folk to jazz to world music to spoken word.

Social Sundays has been running since inSpiral opened in 2007 and is one of the things we are most proud of. It is, quite simply, the best Sunday afternoon in London.
