Everything on our menu is 100% vegan, organic and gluten-free. All dishes are freshly handmade onsite in our inSpiral kitchen daily. Many are raw or gently prepared at low temperatures to preserve maximum nutrition and enzyme activity. We source local and organic ingredients wherever possible.

Full Vegan Bake Up
£8.50Our legendary full breakfast: organic tofu scramble, herbed tempeh rashers, roasted cherry tomatoes, mushrooms sautéed in tamari, wilted greens, baked beans and sourdough rye toast.

Miso Soup with Sea Vegetables
£4.00Unpasteurised organic miso broth with wakame, kombu, spring onion, ginger and cubes of organic tofu. A deeply warming and probiotic-rich starter.
Raw Kale Chips
£3.50Our legendary house-made kale chips, slow-dehydrated with a cheesy cashew and nutritional yeast coating. Available in original, spicy chilli or BBQ flavour.
Wheatgrass Masala Crepe
£7.00Buckwheat crepe infused with wheatgrass, filled with a warming butternut squash and pumpkin seed masala. Served with a cooling coconut and coriander chutney.
