Community — Where It's At!

Community is at the heart of everything inSpiral does. We are not just a business serving customers — we are a community hub, a gathering space, a home away from home for hundreds of people who share a vision of a more conscious, connected and joyful world.

The inSpiral community spans our staff, our regular customers, our musicians and artists, our suppliers, our neighbours and everyone whose lives have been touched by this remarkable space. We are proud of the extraordinary diversity of people who walk through our doors — from local families to international visitors, from health-food veterans to curious newcomers discovering raw food for the first time.

We support community in practical ways too:

• The Gratitude Bowl — pay-what-you-feel meals available every day, ensuring that nourishing food is accessible to everyone regardless of their financial situation
• Regular Open Mic nights giving a platform to local performers
• Job opportunities for people wanting to learn in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
• Space and support for community groups and campaigns
• Active participation in the Capital Growth project to create new food growing spaces across London

We also run a newsletter, maintain an active social media presence and believe deeply in the power of connection — between people, between communities and between humanity and the natural world.
