Our Creative Contribution

inSpiral is not just a restaurant. It is a living cultural space — a place where food, music, art, movement, ideas and community intersect. We believe that nourishment takes many forms, and that art and creativity are as essential to human wellbeing as nutrition.

Our events programme reflects the same values as our menu: visionary, diverse, conscious and rooted in a genuine love of human creative expression. We have hosted hundreds of events since opening in December 2007, from acoustic singer-songwriters to full-scale dance parties, from film screenings to healing ceremonies, from talks by thought-leaders to world music performances.

We work with artists we genuinely believe in — people who are pushing the boundaries of their form, exploring new sonic territories, or carrying forward deep cultural traditions with integrity and passion. Artists like Steve Hillage and Miquette Giraudy (System 7 / Mirror System), Gaudi, Eat Static, and many others have become regular collaborators and friends of the inSpiral family.

We also support emerging artists through our Open Mic nights, and we make the space available to local community groups and organisations whose values align with ours.

The walls of the Lounge are a rotating gallery of visionary art. We are committed to creating a space that is as beautiful to be in as the food is to eat.
